FAQs
Where can I buy?
Our website is designed so that you can create your “shopping list”, but you cannot buy the products; if you want to buy you can view and/or contact your nearest store.
Where can I buy if I am a professional?
You can register online at our portal in the "Register new customer" area. Remember to do so in the "Professional" tab.
Are the prices with or without VAT?
The prices you will see on our website for end customers include VAT. You may find different prices to these in the different establishments where we distribute our products.
Can I add "customised" products to my list?
You can add all the products in our catalogue, including "customised" products, to "Your list". The measurements of these products should be chosen when buying at the store you want.
Do you buy the furniture and the sink together?
No, first you have to select the furniture you want and then choose your embedded or countertop sink. In addition, you can add vanity tops or cabinets, for example.
The only furniture that comes with a sink is that called "Units".
What product information is available on the website?
Each product sheet contains:

• Technical features
• Technical information
• Product datasheet
• Product series technical data in the case of furniture.
In addition, you can find all our catalogues on the “Catalogues” page.
USER AREA
How can I sign on?
Within the "Individual" section, click on "create an account" and select "Private individual". Fill in your details and in a few seconds your account will be created. You can also sign up quickly with a Facebook or Google account.
What is the point of having an account?
You can save, print and send all your order lists by email from your account. So, once you contact your nearest store, you can provide them with products, which is faster.
How can I change my email address?
You cannot change your email address. You have to create another account if you want a different address.
Where can I change my password?
Under "My account/User data/Change password”.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, in the “My account” area, you will find the option to delete an account. Just enter your password; but keep in mind that you will lose all your lists if you do so.
MY LIST
How can I create product lists?
1. Choose from all our products and click on “Add”. They will be displayed in “My list” when you have just added products. Click on “Finalise my product list” to see all your list.
2. Remember that our furniture can be complemented with vanity tops, legs or handles, and you should also choose a sink (except in the "Units" products).
3. To finalise your list, complete your personal details, or log in if you have already registered.
4. Once you are registered you can click on “Save/Print”. Then go into one of our stores with “your list” printed or saved on your mobile.
RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN PRODUCTS
Can I choose the furniture or sink measurements?
You always have to add the width of the furniture and vanity tops. Then, using this measurement, choose the sink that is as wide as the total furniture.
What vanity tops can I add to my furniture?
Our modular series, Fussion Line, Fussion Chrome, Monterrey and Spirit, have their own vanity tops for the 2-drawer model. In addition, you can add the different models of the Alliance series: a suspended vanity top with 2 gaps, vanity top towel rack and vanity top terminal.
For the 3-drawer model in the Fussion Line or Fussion Chrome series, you can combine it with the Alliance series floor vanity top.
Alternatively, if you select a drawer model from the Monterrey or Spirit series, you can combine it with the Alliance vanity top for a gap.
The Uniiq, Cronos and Compakt series do not have their own vanity tops, while the Vinci series has its own 2-drawer vanity top.
What is the difference between units and complete units?
Our units are composed of furniture plus sink, while our complete units also have a mirror and wall lamp.
What shower tray should I buy for my screen?
When choosing the shower tray you need, take into account the greater of the two widths indicated by the screen range; never buy a shower tray with a lower width.
INSPIRATION
What is the inspiration section?
We show you a series of compositions for you to make your work easier. You can "Add" all the products in a composition to the list.
Do I have to add all the components of a unit?
You can add only the ones you like or need.
What does the “x2”, “x3” or “x4” box that appears on some products mean?
This box tells you that you need 2, 3 or 4 units of that product and, so, 2, 3 or 4 units will be added to your product list.
